Returns
- To initiate a return please email customer service @ info@actisol.com.
- You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you purchased it.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused and in resalable condition. Your item must include the original packaging and all tags, labels, containers, documentation, etc. Do not mark or deface original manufacturer packaging in any manner. EDS, Inc. will not accept returns that are not authorized prior to return and do not meet all the above requirements. Unapproved returns will NOT be refunded, and returned products will be liquidated. All costs related to return shipping must be paid by the customer.
- Your item needs to have receipt or proof of purchase.
- Private-label or customized items are NOT eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
- Equipment returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee plus outbound and inbound freight/shipping charges.
- CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN SHIPPING CHARGES.
Refunds
- Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card.
- Most refunds are processed within 5 business days after receiving your return. You will receive an e-mail confirmation once your refund is processed.
